Registering a rescue call: Reporting an injured is ONLY on the VOSD Store. Instructions and helpline number is available at the link above. Calls can't be registered on the phone.
Be sure you read the VOSD Standard Operating Procedure v3.0 which is binding on you while registering the rescue.
Updates on a rescue call: Updates are not provided in person or on phone. Updates are available through email or WhatsApp or Facebook on best effort basis till the real-time VOSD CRM system and VOSD Rescue app is made operational again
